What are your hours of operation?

For your convenience Express Vets is open and operating from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday through Friday!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash as well as all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Discover, American Express, Mastercard) and ApplePay.

Do you offer payment plans?

We require full payment for services rendered at the time of your pet’s visit with us. You will find that our pricing is affordable and typically 30-50% less than most veterinary offices. We are always willing to discuss all pricing prior to performing treatment to help find the best option for you and your pet budget. Is Express Vets accepting new patients?

Yes! Express Vets is always accepting new patients and would be honored to help you care for your dogs and cats. You can make a same-day appointment by clicking here.

What services do you provide?

We provide high-quality care at affordable rates, including but not limited to: wellness care, vaccines, illness, chronic conditions, and lab testing. What makes us stand out is offering convenience and affordability to our clients across all Express Vets locations.

We do not perform any surgical procedures, including dental cleanings or provide emergency services. Please call your local full-service veterinary clinic for any surgical procedures, or contact our sister full-service veterinary clinic, Wayside Animal Hospital, located in Jasper, GA.

In the case of an emergency, please contact your local emergency veterinary clinic.

How do I make an appointment?

You can utilize our website via the Appointment page to book your pet’s visit at any of our Express Vets locations nearest you. We offer same-day appointments to accommodate you and your beloved pet!

How do I request a refill of my pet’s medications and/or preventatives?

All patients must establish a doctor/patient relationship to have prescription medications prescribed to them. This relationship is established through an annual examination, and in some circumstances, lab work. Should your pet be established with their veterinarian at Express Vets, simply complete our Refill Request Form. Should your pet need to establish or renew this relationship, please click here to make your pet’s appointment.
